Booking cancellation	Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. • Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. • Flexible bookings may be cancelled or modified within the allowed period stated in the confirmation email. Cancellations made outside the allowed period or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to one night or the full stay.
Reservations and No-Show Policy	All reservations made through our website are subject to room availability and confirmation. A booking confirmation will be sent via email once your reservation has been successfully completed. If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the applicable charges will apply. The remaining nights may be released.
Rates, Charges and Payment Policy	All room rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
